Currently, it is 32 degrees outside. There is no heat in my apartment. Have asked more than once why to no avail. I have found kids' boogers on my door. Management has decided to "offer the courtesy" of accepting packages when a resident isn't at home all year except for late November, December, and early January. Not a good value. Rent is too high.

I'm with you on everything. I'm going on one-year in this dump and not at all thrilled that I can't move at the moment. 2 of the packages I ordered as Christmas gifts were delivered and left at my door only to be stolen before I got home from work. Not to mention the lack of heat AND hot water at times and the awful stench in the hallways.
