I moved here in August into B building. I love the apratment, because It is so BIG!! 1100 Square Feet! I came from Center City where I paid 1450 for a Upscale Shoebox. Our leasing Consultant was the best. I kept calling with answers, and she kindly answered all my questions. Now..for my review.. I like to weigh the pros and cons for fellow apartment shoppers:

Pros:

PAY RENT ONLINE!! GREAT TOOL!

Maintence staff rocks! They do fix things very quick. I had a problem with my heat one night at 12:30Am on a weekend, and he came out and fixed it!

Office staff is very friendly, but really dont return calls. I have been having trouble changing electric into my name, and I keep calling the office, and noone ever gets back to me. They just keep sending letters.

The laundry room is very clean, and they have a laundry card that takes away the need of 100 quarters.

I think the apartments are cinderblock. I cannot hear my neighbors at all, and they cant hear us, even though we both like to have people over. Its very very very quiet.. I dont know what others are talking about.

The transportation to and from the trainstaion is great. The driver is a great guy.

The community is very close to the trains, a Acme, Kmart, Hair Salon, Game Store, Wawa, Dry Cleaners, and Club La Maison. There is Tanning in the gym at the apratment!

The police come through a few times at night to ensure the saftey of the residents.

The Cons:

The gym is rather small, and its hard to get on a treadmill at night. But there is a gym around the corner for 53.00 a month.

The staff does have a tough time returning calls, but they do handle maintinace requests very fast.

The parking at night is tough around building B, but there is plenty of parking down the hill.

The sidewalks are very icy right now, even though they had enough time to salt. I slipped walking down to the mailbox today.

The hallways need painting, but i do hear vaccuming.. so they do get cleaned.

The Doors closer to the street are always unlocked.. its not very safe.

All in all, this is a great place, and I am definatly going to renew my lease, and when I move to Central Jersey, I will chose Home Prop there aswell!
