Sorry to tell you the bad stuff is true. I did not have the heart to show some of this place. Upper management is awful. Very unprofessional. I do not need them as a reference, so I want to warn others. They put pressure on rental agents, then do not follow up with promises. No one wants to work there. a lot of nice peopls move. It is very unorganized. Maintenance are told not to do things that cost money, or that contractors are supposed to too, that is why it does not get done. That is why the place is so run down and dirty. No repairs allowed unless approved from above, and they will not spend money. contractors do not want the jobs, not worth it to them. It is a big money investor game. They win you loose. Keep looking
