Unprofessional Staff and higher managers are horrible

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I live in here and was accessed damage charges of $125 for an NON-Upgraded apt which I stayed for 2.5 yrs and had normal wear & tear. When contaced staff they were very rude, logged an ticket online to get some answere, it did not helped. Kept repeated VM for manager they don't bother to call back. All Home Properties of Devon wants is my monthly rent check. I regret my decision to rent here.
Save your self time and agony look somewhere else.
