This apartment complex has a lot of problems including really high heat bills. When my family moved here, they told us electric, heat and hot water is included, but it was a lie. It is not metered, so they bill any amount. Some of the men from India are trying to organize a union to fix this corrupt management company.
Many lazy and irresponsible people live here and don't take out garbage or clean up after dogs. The maintainence men are so bad they step in dog feces and track it into peoples apartments. Some of them smell of alcohol. Is this where you want to raise a family. No. The schools are good, but there is no afordable houseing.

They won't let new neighbors out of the lease like the pledge says you can break in 30 days. They want to charge them.
Keep looking and post your comments on sites like this so people can avoid placeslike this. My family is stuck but will leave soon.
