Hello fellow resident, wait until Aug, then they tell you you are billed in advance for heat and it is a $200 heat bill in a 2 bedroom. Home Properties is the most criminal compnay I have ever lived at. They pay off all the officials in the area so they can get away with it. They lie about everything. AND IF THEY WROTE A WORK ORDER THEN IT MUST BE DONE, EVEN IF THE MEN AND ALL VENDORS ON THE PROPERTY LAUGH AT MANAGEMENT AND DO NOTHING FOR TENENAT BECAUSE THE WOMEN ARE ALL SUCH LIEING FLAKES. IT GOES UP THE CORPORATE LADDER. sO THE PLACE IS A STINKING DUMP FOR SURE. WE ARE MOVING OUT FOR SURE.

seriosly,something needs to be done about homeproperties of devon.insta and their heat "calculations" is nothing but robbery to unsuspecting residents!and the women working in that office,they are so rude and silly.i moved out in august,they kept my diposit plus they are following me with insta bills.am suing them.
