when i moved in, i was promised and told that water bills usually are low ranging from 90-100 dollarsa huge lie.i was shocked later to recieve 300 dollar bills.at some point they revised bills three times.my question is: can you trust them'revision was based on what'insta and home properties are robbers in disguise.and ------ the manager,she is very rude and appears uneducated for the job.actualy the best word is unproffesional!they have no meters so they estimates the water and heating bills.i wonder whether this is lawfull.something needs to be done otherwise they will continue stealing from unsuspecting tenants.is there a law protecting tenants'please someone help me.i moved out in august but am suing homeproperties for keeping my deposit.they charged me normal wear and tear plus the insta bill and some other wiered charges.
