This is not a good place old and nasty

I agree. Sue them if your property is damaged. This is not a good place. We finally moved after being disgusted with a rude office staff and nasty incompetent managers who like to lie to get you to move in and stay. The management in this area is the worst in the nation, from what I hear from friends from grad school, who have moved around. Just do not bother them with facts about the property like the buildings are dirty,and falling apart. They charge for water and heat and it is not metered, A real rip off and nasty place.
