I lived in for the past 2 years,the apt is really good and very safe for family.

only the power bill is a matter of concern.

What building are you in? I'm in the R building and it is TERRIBLE... Easily the worst experience I've had with an apartment! I have lived in apartments that cost half of what Home Properties of Devon is charging and they were MUCH better...
