I lived in worse places, but this in not nice. I am finishing up my education and I know that Villanova does not have dormspace for seniors, and a lot live here. They are like oppressed zombies at school, and come home and go crazy. They really bother the neighbors. They put 8 in a 2 bedroom. these students and some others are just mean and petty. I reported to the office that someones dogs went to the bathroom outside my door. The girl in the office told the people and then they took their 2 littledogs to go at my car door, so I could not get in..... Very ignorant office. The office create problems for people. The students do not care, a few professionals care and get harassed for caring. The rest of the place speaks English as a second language....... One group of students partied every night and harassed the student who complained, because the office told the name and apartment of who complained. There is a law suit. Very high heat bills even when heat is off. You can hear a lot of noise everywhere. A few bugs and mice, and managers who do not live here so they do not care. Maintenance only do very little things. I will find a better place to live.
