Clearly bait and switch scheme in operation. Unprofessional, poor management. Overpriced for the lack of quality and service.
Buildings are deceptively designed to hide problems, and how old/unmaintained. Odors are unbearable. IF you have any quality of a wardrobe, AVOID this place--your clothes will be ruined. I have lost well over $30,000 as a result of living here. It is regrettable that I chose to live here and it remains one of the worst choices I have made in my life. The neighbors are ridiculous in both their lifestyles and idiosyncrasies.
Try the Lofts at Valley Forge or La Maison-- i have heard good things, and am going to check them out as well. Also there are a number of good realtors in the area which I had not known of when I moved. They can likely help you find somewhere better.
PLEASE, do NOT make the mistake that I did. I only wish someone like me would have warned me about this dump.

My response to "Anonymous":
To clarify, for full effect: You resort only to personal attacks because you cannot provide any logical reasoning. Further you are even wrong in those. First, you make the one-sided assumption that I lost $30 K in clothes. This point you make, even if true is irrelevant, because it has no bearing on my desire to lease as opposed to own. Even more noticeably, I never stated that the $30 K was entirely a result of clothes lost. Perhaps your idiocy is shining most brightly when, in the same breath, you b * tch about my choice to live in an apartment AND then offer the conclusion that one with resources never leases. You are wrong-Many, regardless of net worth, choose apartments over home-ownership for several reasons, including, 1) ease of moving w. regard to paperwork, especially when traveling frequently, 2) Supposedly dedicated maintenance and professional staff 3) fulfillment of temporary housing needs. Others, myself included choose to both own and lease. Regardless, it is not simply a monetary-based factor. Otherwise apartments would not rent for tens of thousands per month when comparable properties/condominiums/apartments sell for that price. If you can't see the connection between these facts, you'll make a great useless employee somewhere, never a scholar, and always an a * * hole. Perhaps you should not act as though you are such an authority on the matter, when clearly you show not even a cursory familiarity with real estate or economics in general. If you don't know at all what I'm talking about, then continue your self-realization of being a skeptic ignorant.
