I have been a resident of HP of Devon for almost three months and have no complaints whatsoever. Half these people on here that are writing these bad reviews, probably have been evicted or just miserable. If something is broken or needs to be done all I have to do is make a call and the problem is fixed with 24hours! Parking is good, my neighbors are not noisy at all, the office staff is very helpful and courteous. The grounds are always taken care of regularly. The only issue I have it that people need to start learning to put their trash in the proper bins and not all over the ground! I would recommend this place to friend or family. I think the rent that I pay is good considering it's on the main line!!! PLEASE BELIEVE THAT, HOME PROPERTIES OF DEVON ARE NOT AS HORRIBLE AS THESE PEOPLE ARE SAYING!!!!

hahahahaha!!! Yes they are terrible. You evidently haven't been put through an experience yet. Just wait and see.

I have lived at HP for 3 years now and find them very nice. While just like all apartments there are issues, they have always been adressed by the management in a professional and curteous manner, well I don't work here.
