Do not move to amity gardens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - i would not reccomend living here what so ever. everything is not done properly when fixed and everything is cheap. there is mold in apartments and they say its not mold. they prob did not even get the mold tested... like i said they take the cheap way out of things they will just paint over it like they did to the one apartment and now the people living in it are sick and they are doing nothing ...Full review of Amity Garden Apartments

Don't live here The place has bed bugs and the owners of the buildings don't work with you. They over charge you with heat and hot water,They charge you with a heating bill in the summer. It takes them forever to fix stuff that breaks. I knew because I live here.

Don´t waste your money! I made the mistake of moving in this rat place! Management has gone down hill since 1999 when they let Chris leave. Maintenance is a joke! Mold everywhere, I was always sick with lung problems until I moved out of here. Carbon monoxide problems when I lived here

Not the best living quarters The appartment I lived in was fair, it was musty, neighbors were loud and partied too much. A lot of people would let dogs roam free and Potty all over. If I had to do all over again I would look harder. there is no way to move into the apt or move out unless you drive
