The manager maybe...i think so0o0o0o...i doubt a resident would know how high the lights hang....watch what you say your near, could cause a Fairhousing issue.

No, I'm NOT the Manager! I sold Electrical equipment for 12 years--I know how high the lights are. Fair Housing issue? You have to be kidding. By the way, I still live at Caln East and I am now in my 10th year. People come and people go, but most of the problems are caused by the people themselves--not Caln East. I can easily go somewhere else and pay much more--or even purchase a home, but I am content to live here as I am single and do not need a large Mortgage just for myself. Check around the area. Don't ever just settle for one opinion. Ask people who live at Caln East. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
