These people are rediculous There late fee if you are 1 day late is 10% of your rent and if you are 6 days late (after 5 day grace period) they send it to court and you have to pay all of these court fees. I can see if this was a safe place but the lady upstairs was so drunk last night she almost burnt down the apartment complex after passing out with something on the stove.. This place is un rentable in my mind I wont be renewing my lease.
