Everything falls apart

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I have lived here for close to two years. Since then the shower head leaks, the counters came off the walls, and the windows do not open. The windows leak and the vents from the A/C and heater actually make the blinds move when the wind blows. These drafts make my gas bill on average $150 and I live in a 1 bedroom! If you want a cheaply maintained apartment complex, Meadowlake is the place for you.
