Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Not bad at first, but once you get used to it, you see how run down it is. Office staff is unresponsive and maintenance is either really quick (replaced my AC the same day) or nonexisitent (roof leak that was never fixed). Second floor apartment will run you high electric bills. Would be a great place for a little less money, but for what I was paying, I expected more.
