I lived there for almost 2 yrs and couldn't wait to leave. Apartments are falling apart and have NO wall insulation. We were told this by PECO when they came out to investigate our outrageous Gas Bill for a month when we used the wood fireplace.... Expect to pay around $375 per month (1 bedroom) for Electric and GAS which I believe they buy wholesale and resell to residents at a higher cost.
This place also has Section 8 residents which I was not made away of when I moved in. My neighbor upstairs, let her dog urinate and defecate on her balcony, needless to say we could not enjoy our patio. I was on a 4 month lease when I left and when I gave in my notice I heard nothing from the office. They did send me out a lease renewal for a year, so I am guessing they are trying to sc3w me out of my deposit. They switched management shortly before I left.
Since I have moved I have not heard from the management or rec'd my security deposit back. I left the apartment in better shape than I had moved into, clean. If you want to live like a dirtbag and have scumbag neighbors, this your place!!!!!
