I'm not sure when the apartments were built but the units are very costly when you add up the energy bills.
My average winter electric/gas bill is around $300 and about the same for the use of AC in summer. I am sure this is because of the heater and AC which date back to the 70's coupled with the patio window which lets out all the heat and air. It has a gap between the doors. I tape it up in the summer, its just very poor design quality.
This is my only complaint. I will be very careful to check the efficiently ratings of these appliances when I move again this year. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

My bills range from $330-$450 and Ghettolake, as well as PECO assures me there's nothing wrong with that. I don't use the AC and barely use the heat. I have friends who live in houses with kitchens bigger then my apartment, and their electric bills are similar to mine.
