I have been a resident here at Meadwolake for almost 4 years. I have to say this place looks beautiful. The pool was just remodeled, the flowers are georgous, they just replaced the playground for the children, and i love the fact that the office sends all the residents newsletters of what is going on in our community. Everyone is excited about the new windows...the whole face lift has done wonders. The parking lots are finally well lit and the people living here have much higher standards. The office staff is great when it comes to maintenance, they are always prompt when it comes to service. If i have any questions about my rental agreement or even when i have to pick up my UPS packages at the office, Tara and Danielle are always there to help me and answer my questions immediately. And if they say they will call me back THEY DO! The girls are always on top of things and they are always to kind. All in all Meadowlake has once made people turn away, but now you cant help but to notice the "face lift" they have given to the apt. community.I would have not recommended this place years ago when i first got here and didnt know much of the "ghettolake" reputation. But now i would refer anyone and everyone who was looking to move into an apartment.

I disagree with almost every word you said. This place is horrible and the staff are even worse than the rotten wood underneath this great new "face lift"
