I have lived in Meadowlake for over 2 years and have not enjoyed very much of it. Where should I start'

*Heating bills in the winter are sky high
*Rent was raised twice in two years.
*Recieved rent increase notice on my door on Christmas Eve.
*They put new siding on all the buildings on top of all the rotten siding underneath.
*New porch rails and wooden flooring placed on 2nd floor on top of rotting wood base. Not safe to put anything heavy on.
*Bathroom poorly put together. My shower is not level, it sits on a slant.
*Construction/matenance workers come and go as they please in your apartment, w/o knocking or notice.
*Construction workers drop nails and glass all over the sidewalk and do not bother to pick it up.
*Cigarette thrown by construction worker from roof, resident had to recieve medical attention for the burn it caused them.
*No security at all.
*Poorly lit
*I have had all 4 of my tires slashed in the Meadowlake parking lot, the office did not give a hoot.
*Police called many times to Meadowlake over drugs being sold to minors.
*Halloween 2005, witness a resident publicly beat his girlfriend in the Meadowlake parking lot.

You must ask yourself, it may seem cheap, (when I moved in it was, but now they have raised our rent from 800 to 900 ) but think about your safety and the safety of your children or pets.

If the tenant is still living there then they probably don't want to pay an ungodly amount of money to buy out their lease.....think about that
