Improvements have been made, heater/ac roof siding windows, but we have been paying thru the ...nose ever since. the last 3 years rent increased around $400.00 a month! We have a sidewalk,that is flooded up to about 6 inches,even when the rain is not severe, and have been told by office staff, for 5 years now that "Corporate" knows!The office staff from last year, and most were here more than 5 years, have all been fired!!! There are plenty of RULES here but not much compassion. Since the last rent increase, a large percentage, 35 to 45% of units are now empty, and there will very likely be another increase at our next lease renewal. We have been told, that there will be a Clubhouse built here-fitness center community room....more than 3 years ago!! and that cost will probably also be passed along to us.If you have a lot of money and don't mind being bossed around and want to live in a average apartment, then this is the place for you, if not run away from as fast as you can, they might just charge you for standing still and breathing air!!!!!!!!
