I liked Meadowlake honestly. Of course it wasn't perfect so I'll just do a list of Pro's and cons...

Pro's...
They take dogs and are flexible about weight limit.
Grounds always looked clean... if you want to complain about dog poop complain to your neighbors who should be picking up after their own dogs not the staff...
Friendly staff... they always treated me with respect and answered any questions promptly.
Seemed safe... I never saw cops around or heard sirens. We heard the couple next door fight once but it wasn't a big deal. I never saw any creepy guys walking around outside or anything like that.
Nice neighbors, lots of little kids!
Very quiet... Couldn't hear other apartments unless our windows were open.
Compared to other apartments that take large dogs the rent is pretty low.

Cons...
Very high electric bill! We were terrified to use the AC because of high bills.
When you used the dryer the whole apartment got hot.
Not much closet space... (or maybe I just had to much stuff I dunno.)

I liked it and I'd move back but the location is to far from work.
