Beware the mold/mildew is everywhere. I am a clean person and try to keep up with it but it's hard. The bathroom is constantly moldy/mildewy. I have a de-humidifier but it can't keep up with it. I have had to throw away several pillows and wicker baskets because of the mold issues here. I also use damp rid in my closets but I still have found some of my clothes with mildew on them. This is a year round problem. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit. What I don't like is the dryer vents right into your apt!!! In the winter it isn't bad but in the summer it's unbearable, unless you want to run the A/C all the time. This also adds to the moisture issues in the apt. If you leave something in the washer, for an hour, it will need to be re-washed because it smells like mildew. Also, all the doors swell in the summer and with several years of paint built up on everything they all stick. We just recently got upstairs neighbors and you can hear them all the time. There are a lot of UTI students here who fix their cars on the weekends or at night. Mgmt. has tried to address this issue but it still happens. I guess the $500 fine isn't enforced or doesn't deter them. Flooding is a problem! When it rains there is always water on the sidewalks and on the grounds. It doesn't have to rain much for this to happen. The new mgmt. is okay. They are friendly and the maintenance is very responsive when I put in a request. I give them a lower rating because of the mold/mildew issues and other issues.
