Good size apartments - pleasant living conditions

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1996
Lived here for 2 years - no problems. Good size 1 bedroom apartment, huge living room, good size balcony on top floor (but not covered), storage room, nearby dumpster with recycling. Close to the highway (30 bypass), area unspectacular, but close to train station, nature trail, and regular amenities (dry cleaner/laundry, grocery store, convenience store, gas station etc..) Nice staff, helpful, I would recommend.
