We have been living at this apartment for a little over a year and we have had not one good experience here, but the price and well my horror story explains why. We have compalined about our dishwasher since the day that we moved in and 13 months later they tell us that there is nothing wrong with it, yet we can' have any cleans dishes. The lady before that spoke of the hot water, boy is she right, a 5 min shower is all that you will get here. I have repeatedly asked it to be fixed, yet 13 months later it is still the same. I recently found out that our air conitioning units were 15 YEARS OLD, and we wonder why we have a $300 electric bill. When we came to look at the place they said the average would be around $80, yet the cheapest I have seen is $120...come on people. Can we see a pattern here, I believe 4 people before me gripped about how they are scamming people on the electric bill, I completley agree. Yet they want to raise peoples rent, but they don't want to fix anything. Come on people lets get out of the 70's and upgrade the apartment.
