I lived here about 3 1/2 years and am moving out because we are buying a townhome. When we were waiting for our house t be finished the office staff was very helpful in telling us what our options were in order not to break our lease and pay a penalty. We have been very happy here and it helped us save up for this new home. I have read some of the negative comments and don't quite understand what the problems are. Our experience here was positive and it served us well.
