I've never noticed my electric bills being that high. I think people just look for any excuse to blame others for their laziness. My rent is cheap, I'm close to work and I enjoy the people that live in my building. These are the things I'm worried about and for those of you who have high electric bills maybe you should turn off lights when not in the rooms, or T.V. or computers - it's an old idea called conserving energy!!
