I am greatful for the ample closet space and extra storage unit for each apt. I think that paying $20/mth per cat is excessive. Our electric bills have always been over $100 each month. I talked to my neighbor who has lived at norwood for 10 years, and he tells me this was one of the lowest bills ever, funny since there are 3 vacant apts in my unit... and they say they don't average everything out.
Other than the electric bill, we haven't had any problems. The horrible window airconditioners are antiquated and a real eye sore. You cannot put anything against those walls, because the a/c units are so large. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
