Where silverfish crawl the walls and bugs come out of hiding once you move in.

Electric bills are around 160.00 200.00 during the winter and I am never home.

Where mold grows in your bathroom and on your walls and they do nothing about it.

Where the kitchen cabinets are crooked and dont open right and the fridge leaks water.

All for 865 month you can have all this and ......more.......Broken laundry doors, Bedroom doors that dont shut right.

Sink with a leak and an unpainted apartment upon moving in.

With stains on the carpeting.

I honestly suggest taking pictures before leaving if you live here for proof to save your security deposit.

Ohh and I almost forgot they are owned by the same company that owns blackhawk and they use a 3rd party electric meter company and pocket money by doing so.

And a study shown by a previous writer shows the mold can be fatal if left undone.

However as a tip use sodium phosphate and scrub it off and then paint over to save yourselves from the health and harm of this consumer dungeon of frugal jews from hell.
