Decent place to live, easy access to Business Rte 30. Buildings are well built and maintained, office & maintenance staff are extremely friendly & helpful - when my water heater died, they replaced it within 4 hours! I've lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt (on the ground floor) for 3 years and have had no problems with noise from neighbors or any sort of bugs or pests (as another reviewer did). The management company has been flexible with the length of the lease, allowing 6 month extensions and the rent has gone up minimally each year, to the point that I'm paying considerably less than what a brand new renter would. A cat friendly place but for indoor cats only! Traffic on Norwood Road can be heavy during am & pm rush hours. Great recreational areas nearby. Great value for the $.
