i am so dissastified with norwood house, i have so many issues, i don't think i could remember them all to write it down. first, parking stinks, i always have to park three buildings away! second, bugs, mold, drafty rooms (with double sealed windows!), grungy tub (even though i constantly clean it), pothead neighbors, stained carpets, two broken refridgerators, leaky ceilings, token eating washing machine, you name it i had to deal with it. plus my neighbors above me and next to me have parties 24/7 and when i notified the rental office, they said they can't do anything about it!! i had to call the police twice in the past two months! not to mention my upstairs neighbors trash the whole building and put holes in the walls in the hallways and then scream and call me names as i walk out to my car, i'm afraid to even walk to my car without my boyfriend with me! then theres the electric bill....boy oh boy! i had a 200 electric bill when i wasn't even home one month (sick grandma) when i called to complain the woman stated that i must have used 200 worth of electric the four days i was home!! then the next month my bill mysteriously went down to $40 and then the following month shot back up to 100!! then theres the shower and the tub and the toilet and the heater in the spare bedroom and the closet doors where if the handles aren't falling off they are going off of their tracks! i could go on and write a book about how horrible this place is. the only good thing was jay the manager. he was a sweet guy its just a shame he works for such a bad company. i'm trying to get out of my lease so bad!!! any hints'' email me at picnicpic@hotmail.com
