I lived here almost 3 years. Now coming from a person that has lived in this area for almost my entire life, this is the best location in town. You are 10 minutes from everything but the community still captures a quiet home-like feel. The rent is affordable, you definitely play for what you get though. After renewing my lease the second time, i knew it would be my last year due to the fact that they increase substantially every year. But for someone who only planned on living there 18 months, i really enjoyed the 3 years. I'd recommend this place, the staff is pleasant (i always dealt with Felice) and the mainance crew are timely.

And i don't know what that other guy was talking about the snow, because it never took more than 12 hours for my front parking lot to be cleared. Most times they were there before it even stopped snowing and then back again later in the day.

It is true about the electric, it has to be a scam. I mean I have no proof but the first year i lived there, my bill was never more than $100 (even in the winter when i had it up to like 80 degrees). And in the summer it was like $30-$45. But now it is June and I am moving out in 60 days and my electric bill has been consistantly over $130 the last 6 months. Which is quite rediculous considering the last 2 months I have been living in West Chester (my new house yeah!!) with the only thing left running in my apartment is the fishtank.

I would live here again, only if i could start back at my original rent and electric. But i had a great time while I was here. Its not a nightmare like some of these other people make it out to be, you have to be smart before you move into ANY place and get all the facts.
