The people who live here are trash. A drunk obnoxious man lives on the first floor and in the summer walks his cat creepily around the complex. The electric bill is UNBEARABLE. What they dont tell you when you move in is that your hot water is heated by electric causing my bill to be no less then $150 since i moved in 2 years ago. The place was nice for the first 6 months, then it started falling apart. Mold on bathroom ceilings, stains on the carpets rose through the cleaning they did before we moved in (they shoulda changed the carpets), faucets were leaking, cold showers after 10 minutes, the trees outside have taken over our porch, we can no longer sit out there because the trees need to be trimmed away, the air conditioners are from 1951 and the air filters NEVER changed, and there are leaves covering the parking lots AT ALL TIMES, you cant ever see the lines to park, they never clean them up. The white trash family downstairs yell and curse at each other until all hours of the night and have no consideration for the facts that they have neighbors. Unfortunatley, this place was so cheap that it appealed to us when we first moved in, now im begging to leave. Please, take my advice and do not move here.

So your saying you really like the place? It could be worse, I was in an aparment(not this Place) and it smelled really bad for three days after I moved in and found that some one had dropped an upperdecker in the top of the toilet. Man I still remember the smell.
