The biggest problem is insects. The management has a very pore program for pest control. Hallways always smell bad and they clean may be once a month. They have a mentanance crew but useless. Washers and dryers are broken almost every week and they are very slow to repair them. Parking is not enough for each block and I always drive around to find a place to park. Management is always friendly when you first go there to ask for rent, but once you sign a contact, they turn nasty and very unfriendly. Watch for good things they tell you at the time of the first tour, half of what they promise are lies.
