The staff seem really nice until you actually rent from them. We got faulty information from them not once, but twice and ultimately we still had to pay. Outside our apartment there was a huge hole in the ceiling that looked like either water damage or a half fix. The hallway always smelled like cigarettes and it was never swept. Someone stole our storage space and when we told them (Norwood) they said they'd take care of it. So they announced that the people in our apartment had complained and the people taking our storage had to vacate. Not to mention the apartment looked old, the paint was chipping everywhere, and it was soooooo dirty when we moved in. Horrible experience with Norwood and I warn everyone I know about them!!!!!
