Stay away. Staff seemed nice at first,then I was lied to multiple times. Electric bill is SKY HIGH. I left here on November of 2008 and still had two mths left on my lease. I turned EVERY BREAKER OFF and my electric bill was still 150 dollars for November and 102 for Dec! How is that possible' You don't get your bill from Peco but from the apartment themselves, they have a 3rd party read the meters. Other people who lived there also felt like they were being way over charged.

Also I left a few items behind and checked the apartment to get anything that remained. I had left a case of coors light which was gone, the cans left on the kitchen counter but to kick it off I found crack pipes and bags in my apartment left on the kitchen counter as well! Seems the Maintenance men were in the apartment doing drugs and drinking beer but according to the desk they never went in there....TOTAL BS! There was no forced entry so a key was used. I had trouble with the maintenace staff from the get go coming and going from the apartment as they wished. I requested that they notify me when they were going to fix anything. The electric stove was NEVER properly level even though I sent in many requests. Trust me the maintenace guys are NOT to be trusted. The outside lighting is poorly lit, the washer and dryers were always breaking down.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Thank God I don't have to deal with them any longer.
