The property itself is nice for the location and price, but have TERRIBLE people working in the office. They are nice until the day you sign your lease. They do not care about ethical situations, and are very misleading. If THEY make a mistake, they blame you and force you to pay any charges. I was told to contact the landlord of Westover Companies to deal with a situation, and once the secretaries at Norwood House were told I contacted Westover, they said they never told me to call them, and was forced to pay a bounced check fee for their mistake.
HASSLE to get security deposit back according to a previous tenant.
I plan on moving out once my lease is up and NEVER returning!
I am expecting to get screwed out of my security deposit, and knowing Norwood House, get ADDITIONAL charges, although my place is in tip-top shape.
STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE! Great property but not worth the hassle!
