Dogs, dogs, dogs

Apartment is new - we were the first to live in it - and it is pretty nice. But the community has many people with dogs, and the noise is sometimes unbearable. At all times of the day I have heard them, and even from the parking lot. If you have a dog, it might be ideal, but otherwise we do not find it worth dealing with the noise.
