Things have changed for the better, the UTI kids (or at least their cars) have been removed from the property. We are still not renewing our lease since Korman is jacking our rent almost $300 a month. The amount of rent is not worth it living in Downingtown. My wife and I are now looking in the King of Prussia area if we are going to pay $1500 a month like Cornerstone. The people are friendly and the staff is OK, they respond to issues in a timely manner. Move here if you don't mind paying a ton of money compared to other places in the area. Oh yea, insist on getting a upper floor apartment, it cost more but the walls and floors are paper thin, so you won't be disturbed as much.
