Korman is totally reputable and they have been around for years.
I had the complete opposite experience. Patricia and Nancy went over
and above the call of duty. They are professional and well educated
woman with HUGE HEARTS.... I believe Kim was terminated.. but the
rest of the staff are friendly, up beat and helpful. Greta and Sarah
are just as great as Patricia and Nancy.. and personally.. I think
people that write such NEGATIVE reviews- have nothing better to do
and were probably about to be evicted for late rent. As for drug
dealers on the property- NOT posssible.. every resident has to
go complete a criminal screening. My husband and I have lived
here for many years.. our friends and family tell us how beautiful,
clean the property is. We love the pool, the socials and the
fitness center. We would recommend this to anyone. We feel
at home and the entire staff is friendly, eduacted, helpful and dedicated.

The plethora of positive reviews in such a short period of time leads me to believe that the Korman management has "encouraged" tenants to post. I wasn't late on my rent and, just like you, other writers are entitled to their opinions. Hopefully, these ladies in the office - or the Korman corporate office - have read these reviews and improved their service and property. And unless you were in all of the buildings all of the time, how could you possibly know if there were drug dealers or police or other undesirable activities? Stick to what YOU know and don't denigrate other writers.
