I dont even know how to put into words how bad of an experience I had with Korman Communities. I stayed there for 6 months and ended up terminating my lease because I had psychotic neighbors next door. Korman wouldn't do anything about it and it ended up being impossible to live next to these people. I tried to negotiate with Korman but they wouldn't give me a break or help solve the problem. Instead they charged me $4000 to break my lease and wouldn't even give me my security deposit back! I have tried many times to contact them in regards to this matter and have been completely ignored. At this point I'm looking at taking legal action.

The customer service was just terrible. Getting help with any problem took multiple phone calls, emails, and visits to the office. It seems that Korman will take absolutely anyone in their apartment complex, resulting in all sorts of shady neighbors. All Korman seem to care about is their "corporate suites".

Bottom line Korman just doesn't care about their customers and only cares about one thing - $$$$$. Avoid this place and rent from somebody you can trust.
