Obviously the below review was written by ----. There is nothing "gem-like" about this apartment complex. The new assigned parking was the worst idea since ------ decided to invade Russia. There was never a problem with parking before she decided to implement this ridicules parking assignment thing. Should you decide to rent here, you could be stuck with a parking spot that is under a dirty tree, or next to a dumpster. Requesting another parking spot falls on deaf ears. You cannot reason with ----. ---- would never admit that assigned parking was a bad idea.
A little bit about ---- from what I have heard. She is the --------------------- of the complex. She used to run a complex in Jersey, but for some reason our beloved ----- was ousted and we now have to deal with ----. ---- lives in Jersey and commutes to Creek Road each work day. ---- could care less about any concerns or requests you have. Once she has made up her mind about something, it is final. This month, ----- s Little ---- decided to make Creek Road a smoke-free complex because of her tax-break new windows. (The old windows were the original windows when the place was built sometime when JFK was president.) So if you are a smoker this is not the place for you.
Also any work needed to the complex is done by non-professionals. Why pay a professional when you can pay a relative or a retarded employee to do a sub-standard job'
Lets talk about insects. In the Spring, Summer, or Fall, count on flushing at least two dozen bugs every month. I have NEVER seen an exterminator all the time I have lived here.
Let s talk about Winter. The parking lot is plowed once. The entrance steps are sprinkled with salt once. Getting to your car is a nightmare.
Cheap rent for a cheap place. Better to pay a little more for a better quality place.
