The apartments are going down hill

Do not move here. L & S Property Group has taken over and they do not do a thing. The halls are always dirty. The building stinks. No elevator. Windows are very drafty. Crickets are constant. And now there are mice. There are missing windows in some buildings that have not been replaced since December. Anything or anyone can come into the windows. They do not exterminate at all anymore. The whole inside of both buildings need painting. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
