I lived in Drexelbrook for a year and never encountered any of the problems the other reviewers mentioned. The office staff were never anything but helpful and friendly, maintenance was speedy, and I never had a single noise or safety issue. I play a musical instrument, and it wasn't until 6 months into my time there that my downstairs neighbors even knew I played (they saw me coming home carrying it!) If I was to move back into the area, they would be my first choice - they offer the best and safest apartments for the price.
