I found these to be one of the nicest apartments in the area. They are very spacious and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful. Had a washer and dryer in unit which is a big plus! The only downfall is they do have income guidelines and do not accept payment upfront. Other than that, this is the next best thing to owning your own home.
