It is a little bit older now and there isn't a ton of services and amentities or anything but it is one of the only condo style high rises in the area and its secure entrances, private lobby with evening guard, large apartments and balconies really give it a luxury feel.

I don't think you can find a larger apartment and especially not a balcony this size anywhere in the area. It is starting to show its age a little bit but seems to be pretty well maintained and the price is very reasonable especially considering it has the feel of a luxury high rise condo with lobby and elevator and has large quiet spacious hallways.

They don't make them like this any more.
