I lived at Spring Garden Ct. for 3 years in a lovely studio apt. I found the landlords to be very easy-going, approachable people. The building and neighbors were quiet, and there was a maintenance man always on duty in case of immediate problems. Any problems I had were immediately handled. There was a small parking lot for the residents less than a half-block away and the building required a buzz-in for security. I never had one moment's trouble living here, and was very sorry to leave them due to a new job. I would highly recommend living here.
