I haven't had any problems with ---- and Wendy, but the price is outrageous. Of course we had to pay up front, but divide it out, and they're getting $1,300 per month from a 2 bedroom apartment. I live with 3 others, so we're each paying about $320. You can find a much better place for 400 a month, find a roomate, and the price is cut in half.
Our stuff has always gotten fixed and was quick, but the bathroom counter is falling down, and the stove barely gets hot.
I'm already out of my lease for next semester. Don't give them your money.
