I lived in college park for my last two semesters of undergrad and again the summer before I started graduate school. The apartments themselves are nice, although considerably overpriced, however the staff is another story. I had numerous bad experiences with them, but the one that was the most displeasing to me was at the end of the aforementioned summer. I unexpectedly had to have major surgery which landed me in the hospital for 5 days. It happened to the week that my lease at college park ran out, however there was two weeks in between the time that lease ran out and the time I could move into my new apartment. I got out of the hospital on Friday and was supposed to be out of my apartment by noon that day. Still unable to stand for more than a minute, the staff at college park insisted that I have my things our by noon on Saturday. My mother, who is also not in very good health, had to move and clean my entire apartment while I was in the hospital because college park would not work with me at all with my situation.
